[Help!] cs7000 frequency/LNB freq issue!

Hey Gang

I've got something weird going on and hope that you all might be able to help me out. For some strange reason, when I go into D!sh set up and set the Frequency and LNB Frequency and get a decent signal, when I change the channel the Frequency changes to a different number and it says `0 Signal`. Sometimes I am able to turn off the receiver and once I turn it back on it re-finds the signal but most times I have to go back into setup and redo the settings in order to get a signal... strange. Here's the settings I have that seem to work:

91.0 N1
Freq - 12661
LNB Freq - 11300

119.0 E7
Freq - 12501
LNB Freq - 11300

P.S. are any channels working on either sat? Just wondering if its me or if everyones down

Have same kind of problem with V169. Usually run factory restore, auto detect and channel search but the new bin did not find and channels so loaded an old bin V149 got everything back then loaded V169 but still scrambled?
