some of Darkangels endusers have been served...on 3/2/11 ....several of DA,s endusers of been charged with satellite piracy...and illeagal copyright infringement....just to make an example of a certain to show that it,s possible....to use scare tactic,s.....if they tried everyone we,d see the courts tied up into the year 3,000 or better...jmho...

Not really --cause most people would opt for the $3,500 buyout to save themselves a $10,000 minimum legal fee to fight the lawsuit ----Proven tactics that DTV used ---and they work for DTV back in the day -----And they will work for DN presently..
