DIRECTV Opens Customer Care Facility
On Monday, DIRECTV opened its sixth owned-and-operated customer care facility, this one in Huntington, W.Va.
The former PRC will employ more than 550 customer service representatives and supervisory staff, the satellite TV company said. DIRECTV completed acquisition of the former PRC facility on June 28 and has been in the process of transitioning more than 550 employees to its customer care team.
Employees in the 114,567-square foot call center, under PRC, had been working on the DIRECTV account since February 2007.
