I heard this rumor threw the grape vine. I heard that in the new year they are going to change to nimiq 3 I believe. What will that end up doing to everyone? I want to get a new receiver as I am runner a VS extreme but dont want to buy anything until I find out what is going on? Anyone got any clues?

B3v has already send out smartcards for the replacment. There is also channels on that bird that advertise the card swap. No need for rumor it's already fact and it's only a matter of time before they go down again and just a matter of more time when there back up. As for clues not quiet sure what you mean, but if i was a betting man then would be betting on them being down for quiet some time. I believe the last card swap they were down for 4-5 monthes? Maybe not even that long.
