also need more info what file did you download date of file etc.
by the way the e-11 is a bad or corrupt file you downloaded you might want to wait for the new one to come out later today...................
this occurs when there are more than 3 members downloading the file at the same time.

I am quessing that you loaded the factory flash and loaded the latest bin.
You have to make sure you are using a serial cable not usb or null cable.
When loading the factory let it sit for abt 15-20 it may seem like it has been completed and will say that on your screen but it has not do the same with the new bin.
hook CS 6100 to computer then load the 114 then 170 and E1 and it will go away
Are u getting a particular error msg beside the e1.Hope this helps
