[General Question?] EMU - On or Off?

Quick question. I can't remember if the EMU should be on or off...

I do beleave it to be off but if your down most likely your going to stay down, becouse of problems cnx is having with there server,,

Thanks. I thought so... but it has been a while since I set it up. I did a factory reset and reloaded all files to see if I can fix this "off service" thing. After I loaded everything, I couldn't remember how to set my good old Nano up!!
