While uploading the newest version of cs7000 using a USB cable I received an error on the loader "EXTERNAL ERROR OCCURED. I just uploaded my 5000 and 6000 using the same cable with no errors. Kathyg

probably wrong version or type of file??

cs7000 does not red usb and dont show up the files in the usb memory some body can help please.
