This mission begins with Trevor meeting Josh coming out of a mansion.
GTA 5 Walkthrough: Josh - "Extra Commission":
You will meet Josh in front of his Rockford Hills mansion, after some conversation, Josh asks Trevor to smash all of Lenny Avery's "For Sale" signs. This opens up the search for Lenny Avery's "For Sale" signs, located around the map. To get to the next Josh mission you must Destroy all 15 "For Sale" signs.

You will need to chase a very fast green Comet car in this mission. So make sure you have a fast car before you begin.
I found it best to shoot the cars tires before chasing Lenny. I used a heavy Sniper for this.
Once you catch Lenny, do not kill him. Just threaten Lenny by punching him a few times or using a melee weapon.

Once again, Josh rewards Trevor.
The same beautiful woman is waiting for him in room nine! Bouncy bouncy!
When Trevor is done receiving his reward, Josh reveals that the woman is actually his wife. Weird!
Anyhow, Josh asks Trevor to burn down his mansion.
Make sure to take Josh's car, it will have a Jerrycan in it.

- Seized - Stop Avery's car within 40 seconds.

- Out of the Frying Pan - Complete without alerting the cops. To avoid alerting the cops, pour the gas all the way to the gate. Jump over the gate and shoot only once at it from the other side and immediately get in your car. Drive as far away as you can.
- Pyromaniac - Pour the gas trail perfectly with out stopping.
GTA 5 Walkthrough: Josh - Breach of Contract:
This one is easy.
To get gold:
- Dirty Rat - Kill Josh.
- Hot Pursuit - Escape in the Police car. The best way to escape Police is to get off the roads. Just drive out of the city where you can get away from the police detectors.
