help please, pansat 2700 is down?

my brother put the bin 205 last week in his pansat 2700 and today the picture was down, he need to put a new bin or put the keys manually???

There's no new bin yet. You will need to enter the keys manually until we get a new fix. Every receiver is having the same problem right now. We will have a fix as soon as we can.
