How do I download the bin file?

how do i download your bin file i cant access it and i cant right click and save it. can you tell me what im doing wrong.

Left click on the file and you will be asked "Do you want to open or save this file?", then click save.

You must log on first and been active member and you have to activate your account by going to the E-mail we send you and click on the link to activate ,, and you will be able to download files
