Is it possible to take a RAID 0 and put it in another computer?

Is it possible to take two hard drives that have already been RAID-0'd together, add them to another PC setup as externals, and still see the hard drives as a RAID-0 without having to reformat and recreate the RAID array?I have two laptop hard drives that were RAID'd together.I have them both connected to IDE to USB adapters.

if your using windows No unless the computers are identical systems. your system will crash if they are not identical systems because of hardware driver differences
