I have 1 36.4 Hdd and 1 18.2 i wanna make RAID 0+1 is that possible and if its possible what happens ? Or which RAID should i use ?

RAID will drop down to the lowest size, so in your example, you would get 36.4 GB in RAID 0 (only 18.2 of your first drive would be used) or 18.2 in RAID 1I really don't see a good reason to put those two drives in any sort of RAID.(The first answerer is correct. RAID 0+1 requires an even number of drives, with a minimum of 4.

It'll take the smallest of the two, but since you only have two drives you can do either 0 or 1. If this is for an operating system and you plan to put files somewhere else than make it RAID 1, that way if one of these drives fails you don't lose your install. You may have to remove the bad drive before it will boot though. That isn't how it's supposed to work, but I've seen it happen.
