is N3 really cracked?

I received an email from another site saying N3 was cracked as of August 19th. was wondering if it's true, and if anybody knows if there is a file for the Pansat 2700a yet?

Well considering the post is 8 months old ----and still No N3 stand alone bin released , one must now assume that anyone offering a stand alone N3 fix is scamming. LOL
