[Question?] just got back from vacation and need some info on bin files please

got back from vacation, and loaded the v208 bin file to my pansat 2700a. got the scrambled station message. found the v211 bin file, and loaded it. getting same response.
I hate to "assume", but are we between bin files now?

The 208 and the new 211 file will work you may need to do a hard reboot, put on channel 122 and wait for roll could take up to 20 Minutes.
