[Help!] Kbox pro

Please help me, my kbox pro is not working. I have loaded all new files such as factory file 1.80, kbox pro 2.10.kbx, and 2.11.kbx, but it still not working and there aren't channels at all. What did I do wrong - please help...

I just loaded the new file, it is working - thanks.
What does factory file do? Do I need to update for the lastest factory file?
Also I noticed that there is loader v2, how do I update the loader version in the receiver?

most of the time factory files are for newer receivers....and or if the factory file it's only if the box has not been updated if u haven't maybe next time it goes down u can install it but it is not necessary at this time if ur watching tv...now...

the loader goes on your desktop of computer just like any other loader....

I loaded the new file with the USB flash and I get the weather but no stations except the free previews. ??
