A man has been killed in a shooting in Toronto's east end.
The man, believed to be in his 30s, was shot in an apartment building at 1021 Birchmount Rd., near Eglinton Avenue West, at about 3 p.m.
The victim was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital, but died of his wounds. Police have not released any description of suspects.
The death is Toronto's second homicide of the year.
