need help on computer

[BROWNNOSE]

i found this computer all that was wrong with it was the heater brackit was broke, i had 1 it works great, but the name and pass word box comes up i tried the F8 on a reboot and went to reboot to start frish with new p w but it start then the pass word block comes back
it a dell and run on window xp and the product # on the side.
how do i remove the old stuff with the passw n name and start frish reboot as new???

Check your mail I sent everything you need to clean it up and start fresh or just to remove the password...
