New Mobile Net for North Korea

Permission to connect might be difficult to obtain but North Korea's Pyongyang should have a new mobile network as of today, thanks to Egyptian operator Orascom.
According to reports on Radio Free Asia, the newly launched net will be gradually expanded to the rest of the country at a cost of around $400 million. Subscribers to the net may be limited to government officials and will certainly be limited to only the wealthy due to the high cost of handsets.
