[Problem!] No Signal VS MAX

VS MAX no picture except for chanel 500. I installed the last posted update from 081126 but no improvement. I also did a autoscan on 110 and echo7 still nothing. Since I am a rookey at this I need a little help.

I have a quick question.. what kinda lnb are you useing on the roof?? Two seperate dishes or a Dp500? It is possible to get signal but not all the channels besause each transponder has different strengths.

My system has been working fine for about 3 weeks. I have been installing all of the updates but for some reason yesterday about 5:00 Pm it froze on a picture and then began auto rolling on every channel. The TV works fine on other inputs. Has there been another update since 11/26/08?

Yes there has and has been posted in the file section. After installing that update you'll be good to go.

ANGEL, Thanks for the update. I thought something was wrong when the other VS's were being updated. Thanks again
