Nuvenio NV HD Receiver

Hi all,
Just bought a Nuvenio receiver. Was wondering if there is an easy install guide that I can download off of this site that I can use?
Also, do I need any other attachment to be able to get the HD channels? If so, what would I need, and where would I go to Buy it?

I have been looking for info on nfusion HD But this is scarce Is there anyone in this forum who owns the HD that can give some pointers and asistance.
