Oprah tops Forbes's powerful celeb list
NEW YORK, (UPI) -- Forbes magazine has declared U.S. media mogul Oprah Winfrey as No. 1 on its powerful celebrity list.
The roster ranks 100 famous individuals according to their pay, TV/radio popularity, press, Web presence and social standing.
Coming in at No. 2 is singer Beyonce Knowles, followed by "Avatar" and "Titanic" filmmaker James Cameron at No. 3,
pop star Lady Gaga at No. 4 and professional golfer Tiger Woods at No. 5.
Rounding out the top tier are recording artist Britney Spears at No. 6, Irish rockers U2 at No. 7, Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock at No. 8, "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Alice in Wonderland" star Johnny Depp at No. 9 and music icon Madonna at No. 10.
