[Question?] Pansat 250sm

My EPG takes 10 mins to load, and even then it does not give the info for the channels...does anyone else have this issue?? Anything i can do to fix this??

I have the same issue, personally I think the receiver is an underachiever. It takes longer to do just about anything including scanning.
