Is PanSat 2700A still down? If so, can the pansat receiver be used to to get B3V? If so, what are the coordiantes for it?

i think the bird in the sky is 90 degress i think im not really sure. but im sure you should be able to view BEV as well cause i have a friend that does it with his 3500 version
