Parental Control...change bin

I just loaded my new B75 boot and when i go into Parental Controls...i get the Change Bin popup....it has Old Pin, New Pin, Confirm Pin.

When I type 0000 for old pin and enter a new pin...it keeps asking me to change the pin.

Anyone else getting this?...need help..thanks!

menu should say old pin, new pin, confirm pin, and second pin.
Second pin is where you want to put in 0000 to get in.
It doesn't make sense to me but that's the way it is.
