No, there's no issues with that as far as the LNBs go (I'd be more concerned with damaging the Dreambox's notoriously fragile tuner circuits). The + dish uses 4 separate LNBs (2 are in the same case for 118/119, but they're separate outputs, no internal switch) so there's no switching issues to deal with.

Depending on its location, you might consider leaving the DPP44 installed. Its power inserter is much better suited to powering the LNB's, and you have access to the unswitched trunking outputs on the right side of the unit (opposite the four satellite inputs). Connecting to the trunk ports is the same thing as connecting directly to the corresponding LNB. An inexpensive satellite meter will make your life much easier.
