Querrey, Fish to meet in all-U.S. final

LONDON, (UPI) -- Two Americans, Sam Querrey and Mardy Fish, will vie for the Queen's Club title after both took semifinal victories in London Saturday.

No. 7 seed Querrey had to stage a comeback to defeat Germany's Rainer Schuettler 6-7 (9-11), 7-5, 6-3, while Fish breezed to a 6-3, 6-4 triumph over Spain's Feliciano Lopez.

Both Fish and Lopez had used the upset route to gain the semifinals. Fish surprised defending champion Andy Murray and Lopez pulled a shocker over French Open champ Rafael Nadal.

Querrey was resilient against Schuettler, saving all six break points in the victory. Querrey gained his fourth ATP final of the season, beating fellow American John Isner twice for the titles in Memphis and Belgrade. He also made the Houston finale this year.

Fish, meanwhile, has dropped seven of the 10 ATP finals he's appeared in. He last won a tournament in February 2009 at Delray Beach.

He and Querrey are tied 1-1 in career match-ups.
