Question about DN paper view and other channels?

Sorry havent been around this past few days. Could some tell me about what it is wrong with Dish Network. I cannot see neither the paper view or the channels for HBO CINEMAX OR SHOWTIME

I downloaded file 223 and 224, and paper view or the channels for HBO CINEMAX OR SHOWTIME doesn't work either. I heard that some of the past files fix this problem, I been trying some of them, but it doesn't work. Do you know something about this?
