A 58-year-old man is in critical condition following a shooting incident in rural Manitoba on Saturday afternoon.
In a news release RCMP from the St. Pierre detachment said they were called around 3:15 p.m. CT about "an incident involving firearms."
Police said it happened in the rural municipality of Ritchot, about 27 kilometres south of Winnipeg.
They added that officers were investigating, but no other information was immediately available.
