SilverSurfer V1.60G - March 22nd-Fixes TF Autoroll

This release fixes the latest issues with TF Autoroll, there is no change for DN users.

This bin autorolls on DN, Bev and TF. It also has picture on DN, Bev (for channels still on Nagra2), and TF.

Also included is support for the currently released AKSClient, and IKS Dongle.

This xbin is for the SonySat DSR 4000, 6000 and compatibles (SS and Ultrastar). This xbin can only be loaded using the SonySat Loader V2.0 or higher. Use of any other load will damage your receiver.
