And then it says 'Windows is checking for a solution to the problem' and then it shuts down. I have tried restarting my laptop and uninstalling the sims 3 numerous amounts of times... any help would be appreciated I have windows 7 and a newish laptop.
you started with ''And then it says....'' what happens first you have not written. Edit the question, add your system specs and what happens exactly (start with when i double click the main application, a message.......bla...bla..)
