Yesterday morning at 4:30 am pst Detective James Lee with the los angeles county sheriffs department excuted a search warrant of one of our underground hacking brothers : Micheal Collins aka dishrookie who is a big time coder with Tarnovksy underground working on the hack of the newest version of the DN card. The detective took 128 purple g3 smart cards, 105 yellow rom 102 cards, 58 rom 240 cards, and 17 Dtv cards, also in the mix they took 127 new DN satellite recievers that Collins had along with his laptop...3 iso programmers and over 16 powersync modded unlockers. The laptop had an email on it from Collins to Tarnovsky about when the hack was going to be released which from what I hear by my source at DN Collins and Tarnovsky said Dec. 23, 2009...They was going to release the nagra 3 hack as they did before with nagra 1. They had all the evidence which was taken that showed that it was running wide open with boxes from collins house. JJ Gee was contacted by phone by the detective and a DN paralegal in a 3 way call as JJ Gee told the detective there was no way nagra 3 was hacked after the detective got through sending the files to JJ Gee's email address for him to look at, JJ Gee changed his mind about nagra 3 being hacked as the dump that Collins has on his computer was created by both him and Tarnovsky in a night meeting in san diego. JJ Gee seen that with a modded powersync and the dumping script that the detective sent him through email that the dump would open a card in a matter of minutes in winexplorer v5.42 and at the moment Micheal Collins was still in jail on tampering with smartcard interferance and the DMCA federal act. So I hear from my source that a search warrant is being typed up by a detective in los angeles and being sent to detectives in san diego as the warrant looks to be signed by a judge tonight or tomorrow on Tarnovsky. I hope Tarnovsky knows what he is doing more will be posted as my source gives me more info but this does go to prove that nagra 3 has been hacked just a few selected people has it an I'm hoping to have a early christmas gift...good luck Chris.

LOL, this is in the right place Face33 is a bogus rumor.

Chris Tarnovsky makes good dough now doing legit work, he would have no inerest in being part of an N3 card hack.

I assume the original poster added his name to try and increase credibilty, it actually does the opposite.

Winexplorer version wouldn't matter.

Dish signal security's headman, jj gee, would pass any card info to Nagra, the card people, he wouldn't have a clue as to what was or wasn't a card hack or dump, only Nagra has that info, DN and BEV employees have no card info, thats part of the security.

Why would any card hacker have 127 DN receivers, lmao, N3 cards are cheap to buy on their own why pay for a receiver?

No card hacker would EVER set a release date, LMFAO, thats absurd. BUT it still a good Rumor rolling around seen it in four other sites....have a great weekend FACE

By the way the only Michael Collins Arrested was the one below

"Officer Involved Shooting Occurred After Pursuit"

Los Angeles: at approximately 5:55 p.m., Harbor Area Officers Ross Nemeroff, 34 years of age, 7 years with the Department, and Gregg Jacobus, 29 years of age, 3 years with the Department, conducted a traffic stop at Pacific Street and 9th Street along with a LAPD motorcycle officer. While Officer Nemeroff spoke with the driver, Michael Collins, male White, 44 years of age, started his vehicle and fled southbound on Pacific Street. The motorcycle officer initiated a pursuit of Collins’ vehicle, as Officers Nemeroff and Jacobus ran to their police vehicle. A sergeant with the Los Angeles Port Police Department entered the pursuit as the secondary unit behind the LAPD unit. Collins’ vehicle collided with a guardrail at the intersection of Beacon Street and 17th Street after approximately two minutes, which terminated the pursuit.

As the officers deployed on Collins’ vehicle, Collins, still seated in the driver’s seat, produced a semi-automatic pistol. The officers ordered Collins to drop the pistol, but he did not comply and turned his body and the pistol towards the officers. Officers Nemeroff and Jacobus and the Port Police sergeant, in fear for their lives, fired their service pistols, wounding Collins in the right shoulder area.

Collins was transported to Harbor UCLA Medical Center in stable condition. He has been booked for Assault with Deadly Weapon on a Police Officer and is being held without bail.

This press release was prepared by Sergeant John Pasquariello, Assistant Officer-in-Charge, Media Relations Section, 213-485-3586.
