If you explained why you cannot install then we might be able to help you more.I would go to Devices and Printers and run the troubleshooter on your computer or the optical device to see if it finds the driver.Or do a Windows Update which is good at getting the correct drivers.Without information on what is happening that is the best advice possible at this time.
