hiks v10.1 for ipro2k only dish/bev
this is public hiks release for dish/bev it also does dish cardless.
This file is for ipro2k users only. Pro users please continue using regular iks bins.
Ipro2k owners must update to 10.1 via usb or rs232. After you upgrade to 10.1 next versions will be available via network update through remote control
f3 a/r ON will be cardless a/r off will be HIKS the other 2 settigns dont matter
f4 doesnt matter at all
