[Noobie Question?] viewsat xtreme code menu

hi again

I have viewsat xtreme v2000 and i'm not getting video and signal. loaded fix Dbpsw-090303x . I checked up settings and I guess that the problen is in the code menu because it shows :

CAS: SECA
CANAL PROTV 001200

i TRIED TO CHANGE TO NAGRA and dish but it changed and when I hit exit automaticly the receiver come back to CAS: SECA and CANAL PROTV 001200. I guess that the right setting should be nagra and dish 01 06 00 which shows my receiver. how can It set up code menu or why I'm not gettin any image or audio. does somebody have some idea how to solve thsi issue?
