VSPRO-080811A A/R Fix

It took a bit longer to identify the issue with Bev A/R but the VS Coders have come through as they always do. Slow channel changes are still anticipated due to the Mecm40 currently in the stream.


VSPRO-080811A = Old GUI
VSPRO-080811A-II = New GUI
