The 4850 is good even at 1680x1050... It's great at 1440x900. Here are some in-game results:http://www.techspot.com/review/240-ati-radeon-hd-5670/page4.htmlhttp://www.anandtech.com/show/2556/13Here, the 1440x900 numbers are in blue:http://www.techspot.com/review/163-radeon-hd-4770/page6.htmlSo, about 36fps in Crysis Warhead, 61fps in Far Cry 2. Solid performance. The only knocks against the 4850 - it's rather power hungry (usually needs a 500W psu) and runs hot. If you've only got a 400-450W psu the Radeon 4770 is a better choice. But with 4850 prices around $100 it's almost impossible to beat in terms of value. The GTS 250 has almost identical overall performance (faster in some games, slower in others) but usually costs $10-$25 more.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129112http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134094
