[Noobie Question?] Will Telefonica fix work for Xtreme?

Good morning guys and gals.

I am noob and am a little confused.I was hoping maybe someone can answer my question....

I got Viewsat Xtreme (red logo) that i need to flash.
I went to the files section and there was latest fix called DBPSW-090608X Telefonica AR Fix

Word Telefonica got me thrown off...What is it?Will it work for my box?

and second question.... Is there any other files such as channel list and/or satelite info I need to load to get this box working?

This fix is only for members that are aming to Amazonas 61.5 w.and keys were no rolling... if you are aming to dn then don't worry about it, but you can still load the fix anyway it will work with dn.....
