Windows Mobile PROBLEM!!?

Ok, so I have a HTC with Windows Mobile 6.5.Sometimes when I recieve a text, i'll press a button and to light up the screen and then the buttons will be lit but the screen has frozen on the normal dark screen, I wait for the buttons to go off and then try again and it's still the same, so I have to take the battery out and re-boot the phone. This has happened about 7 times this week, and 10-15 times since November.What is the problem?Should I go to T Mobile and ask for a replacement!?Thanks.

The problem is with your operating system Windows Mobile it is less stable on a phone than it is on a computer so crashes are gonna happen. Also, this can be cause by a lack of memory. Not neccessarily storage (although a possiblity) but RAM/ROM memory, active storage like internet cache, and running programs, be sure you are closign out programs when you are done with them and clear out your email and text boxes. Less the phone has to rember the bettter.
