Can someone help out a newbie

So my buddy gave me his CNX Nano and kind of told me how to get it up and running. So far I have the factory file and the upgrade file. Where do I get the latest .EXX file? Can someone shed someone light on getting started for me?

(1st) We are going to need alot more info to help you get your system up and running,,
you say you have the CNX-nano,, not sure what type or model you have,, the more info the better we could help,,,

thanks for responding and sorry about the lack of information. I looked all over the Unit for any more information as to what model. All I see is CNX-Nano Digital Receiver. I attached a couple photos of my box. I downloaded some of the files from the file section. They are all .zip files and once I unzip them the files dont have proper extension names they have _NPB instead of .NPB
I've seen the guide on how to install the files but I can't seem to get the right files.

Let me know what else you need from me info wise.

This unit will not work without a dongle to connect it to the internet. You can purchase one on ebay for around $90.00. You might want to do some reading before you invest that money.. There are some new receivers such as the X-Factor that are easier to set up, that you can purchase for around $130.00. Just some food for thought.
