MECM's Active For Both B3V & D!sh 03/27/08 - Charlie and B3V both just went down !! Both MECM's (106 and 907 keys) in the stream for DN and B3V went active between 11 and 12 EDT. Internationals channels are already down and expect others to follow. Also new 9F MECM is in datastream. We will need new files to correct this
