help me i'm drowning

i bought a nfusion solaris a month or so back with ethernet plug on the back, but i can't seem to get it to work on dn, i've tried all the set ups and things like that on here, i get very few channels, i can't get 3/4 the ones listed on the site, i think it might be my set up, i tried the settings from ol' viewsat and they don't work......can anyone help, i'm really not likeing my nfusion box.....come back viewsat

i'm moving shortly is there any tips on how to set up your satelite, i want to set up 2 with bev and dn
keep up the work in here
