im trying to jtag my pansat 2700 clone. after i hook up the cable. and open wall. i refresh, and i get my serial num. etc. then when i open up unlocker, i cant use the drop down menu for the ird model. it shaded grey, and i cant select. please let me know what im doing wrong thanks everyone.
