autoroll question

I have setanta sports on my vs ultra, and it will some times work. But then it will say autoroll processing for a couple of hours. Does anyone haver any tips on how to fix this problem?

What software version are you useing? You have to be a little more spceific. No one knows how your system is running but you and it's just a guessing game from here. Any details you can give us would be great.

Angel: Are the ppvs AND PREMIUM CHANNELS DOWN AGAIN? I had them this morning but came from work and they were down.

its an vs ultra 2000. and the channel would work for a bit and then the picture would freeze. And then there would be no picture and it would say autoroll processing

I have noticed a few channels down. With your problem tho it sounds like you need the latest software. My channels that are down no no picture at all, no freezeing just autoroll.

yes, PPV & premium movies are down again - all else is fine. using VS2000 Ultra with the second fix

Same here at my end. I have and Extreme and an Unltra 2000 and both PPV and package channels are autorolling.

So when do you all think the new BIN will come out for Viewsat Extreme 2000?

There will not be a fix probably for a few days I would have to guess. It is either another REV update or someone mentioned the channel mapping is being changed.

Either way, I would just watch what you can and eventually a fix will get out.

They are playing hard ball lol
