[Confused!] 2700a no signal

ok,here it goes. for some reason after it working i get a no signal. i
left it on and switched over to cable and 3 days later i switch back and no signal.i have a dish 500 and it hasn't been moved.level 95% quality0% tried different sats. and the quality doesn't move.took the box to anoter dish 500 with the same results.tried factory reset even reloaded the factory boot 120.bin then 200.bin and the current 295.bin nothings changed. has anyone had this problem? is my box screwed or my dish? thanks for the help!

its the 2700 box if you want to same the money repair it your self replace the c13@c14 caps on the board you can buy the for 2.15each at radio shack

u talkin about the capasitors on the brown (im guessing,power supply board )or the 2 little square things on the main board?

yes the power side of the board that is 4 in by 4 in c13 @ c14
