I have a CS7100 and an SV360 elite. I'm trying to loop the 2, so when one is down, I don't have to change the cables on the back everytime. I have the cable going in to the "lnb in" on the back of the CS and then a cable going from the "lnb out" to the "lnb in" on the back of the SV. I also have a cable going out from the CS to the back of my TV and the SV has the RCA jacks going to my TV. (i have to switch inputs on my tv because the SV doesn't use a coaxle cable).
For some reason, I can get the local channels, but anything above 105 I get "no signal". As soon as I disconnect one or the other, then it works fine. Am I missing something, or is it you can't loop two different brands of stb's? Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
