I own a viewsat ultra 2000- today I downloaded a fix from another site. And after the fix, for all channels it said no tv channel. So I called this guy i know and he told the antenna setup steps . After that I auto scanned, after the auto scan all of my channels said auto roll programming. If anyone has any tips how to fix my problem please tell me.

Maybe check the other site you got the program from since they seem to be the only one with it

The fix for the Ultra is not avail yet. There is only a fix for the Viewsat pro and the 7000 pvr as confirmed by files on this site. You may want to check the file, you may have loaded the wrong one, or as Angel said go back to site where downloaded file from. If not wrong file then most likely a fake file. Their admin/moderator should be able to help you out if they posted the file.
