I was there more than once a day for the last days of his life. I had cooked one of his & my sister's favorites for this last Christmas dinner - chicken enchiladas.
We got to speak honestly with each other before he was no longer lucid & could no longer speak.

Thanks everyone....Dad suffered for 15 years with PSMA, a form of ALS(Lou Gehrig's disease). He is finally at rest from this torment. Please consider charitable contributions to ALS research. I know Dad would appreciate that.

If I seem irritable please understand that I may sometimes forget to see things from other peoples' perspective because I'm too wrapped up in mine. I'm saying this now rather than use the excuse that "its part of the grieving process". ;^)
