Now currently I am using DDR2 Ram with intel DG31PR motherboard. But I want to use DDR3 ram in motherboard. Please reply whether can I use DDR3 Ram in my motherboard and also specify the speed frequency range of the suitable RAM.
Since you are already using DDR2 ram you cannot use DDR3 on your motherboard, motherboard are made to use one type of ram and thats it. Ram types aren't exactly interchangeable. In other words if you wanted to use DDR3 ram you would have to get a whole new motherboard that supports it.
no the RAM stick wouldnt fit for a start, the pins are placed differently, and if it did fit i could imagine your motherboard would go kablammy, figuratively. maybe physically in some cases.
