Can you run three hard disks with two of them in RAID 0 stripped setup?

I have 2x 160GB WD Velociraptors (10,000RPM) running in RAID 0 (stripped) and have now another 500GB Sata-III drive (7200RPM). When reformatting the system can I still use the two Velociraptors in RAID while having the third drive act as a single drive? Will there be any conflicts?

Yes, there should be no conflicts. The RAID set should show up as a single RAID set volume, and the other hard drive will show up as, well, a single hard drive. Should have no conflicts.
