coolsat problems

Hi there ,
I kind of need some help if anyone could be so kind to do so. I have a coolsat 6000 which isn't running now. I have the new keys and I know how to replace them but the new programming is my problem I cann't get it installed into my coolsat please can someone explain.

Does the file and keys working for anyone? Do I need to change the keys?
My file is not working. Please help.
